Refund policy
At Aura & Co Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, please contact us at online@auracofashion.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at online@auracofashion.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase after your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
